If you've also had weight that's gone up or down, you know how frustrating it is to have your favorite chico shirt, skirt, jacket, etc. become too small or too big.
Wouldn't it be nice if the person with the opposite problem could hook up with you and you could swap outfits?
That's the purpose behind this site. Chicos-swap will most likely be for those who want to simply sell their clothing. I'm also developing chicos-exchange.com for those who want to trade their chico's clothing.
